Salmon Farm

The salmon farm is fun. Room 2's biggest salmon was 1.92 kg and  the smallest was 1.26 kg but it put up the biggest fight.

Collingwood Tavern

The Collingwood Tavern was where we had dinner. We had mini sausages and  fish and chips. "Yummy." Then we went back to Tukurua Camp, had showers and went to bed.

On the 16th of February Room 2 went to the Nelson Provincial Museum and learnt about 'Water.'  Some of the things we learnt about were, how water gets dirty, mussel farms,  what creatures need to survive in water and we even worked out the code to find out how six dogs in Auckland died. They died because they ate a very toxic sea slug. We also learnt that the Cawthron Institute does lots of scientific research for the whole of New Zealand.
